I make complex systems easier to see, use, and change.
I design products, workflows, and coordination systems. My work usually starts below the interface: with roles, permissions, states, dependencies, and the technical system that makes the experience possible.
Products and systems where complexity has to become legible.
BOXSPOT
A two-sided booking product coordinating athlete discovery, gym capacity, waivers, payments, and operator workflow.
Hypha
A modular governance product built from repeatable spaces, agreements, membership, resources, and decision flows.
Rhizome
A coordination practice and emerging software system for making authority, tension, and organizational memory visible.
The interface is often the last layer of the problem.
Before drawing screens, I map the system underneath: roles, permissions, states, flows, dependencies, edge cases, incentives, and technical constraints.
The aim is not to erase complexity. It is to make the important relationships clear enough that people can act on them.
